I decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day by working out at bodybar! I took the reformer class with Kristen Hawkinson and it was great! I was a little nervous taking the class because 1)it’s been a while since I’ve been in class and 2) never taken from Kristen. Those fears were pushed aside and forgotten immediately
I took Robin’s class today. It was the only class available at the Travis location. Everything fills up so quickly. I can’t just walk in and get a spot for a class. You have to sign up. Anyway, the class was awesome. My inner thighs were burning just minutes into the workout. It was fun
I took the Reformer class with Robin. My sister is still working on her 2 week unlimited membership. We love these bodybar workouts with all the different instructors. It is never boring and every workout is always fresh from the music to the actual workout. Robin brought the energy and intensity to class, and everyone
I took some time away to now be back and focused and what better day to start than the day after Christmas! I convinced my sister to come work out with me (I got her the 2 week unlimited) and we took Power Tower with Dena. My inner thighs were screaming within the first five
I took the Saturday morning Power Tower class with Kristin Moses and I loved every second of the bodybar workout! It was so intense; yet, I was able to do all the exercises with any modifications that Kristin gave me. She really does have that personal touch to make the workout be the best fit
The next day, I took the Reformer class with Kimberly. I invited my friend, Taylor, a personal trainer to see how he would like the workouts. He loved it! I loved the intensity of the class. Even though I took the same class yesterday, it felt like a completely new class because we did so
I was ready to catch some air at bodybar’s Reformer Jump class taught by Star Athlete Ryan! She was so intense and had so much energy for our class. It was really challenging, but I loved every second of it. We did so many different and innovative exercises that I had a blast working out.
So I took a little time off to be lazy but now I’m back on top of my transformation challenge! I took Star Athlete Shay’s cardio chair/reformer class and she was Fierce! I love how the workout was fun yet challenging. It was an intense workout and my legs are feeling it now. Looking forward
So it’s Margaret’s last week of classes in the Uptown location before she goes to our Plano studio, so I am trying to take as many classes as possible before she heads up north. It’s been a little while since I’ve done Reformer… man did I get a workout! I am stretched out on the
I took the Reformer Jump class with Dena in hopes that it would help with the soreness I still had from my BURST class. It was pretty challenging. Dena kept us going constantly and was constantly encouraging us. Everyone had a blast! She incorporated a cardio workout/burn out with a strength training and core workout.
