I did another Cardio Chair workout with Margaret and this time I brought my mom! We both were struggling through the workout. Just as I feel like I’m starting to get the hang of the cardio chair, Margaret threw in another variable- a different exercise. She is keeping these workouts very fresh and changes them up on me! It was such a great workout. Anyone who is nervous about the chair, don’t be. It’s a new workout and takes some time to get used to doing. It’s a great workout! I highly recommend this workout with Margaret!
